fans of your choice using this special cable adaptor. The white ;male housing attaches to the fan of your choice. And the Black Dell 3 pin connector attaches to
you dell main board like the picture shown bellow.
The Dell female connector show above is exactly the same as the one on your current Dell fan. EquIvalent to Molex 50-57-9403
Some Dell dimension systems used the NMB Thermally Controled Sensor Fan 3612KL-04W-B66 or 7g538 and other Demension Computers use JMC 3612KL.

With this little jewel of a connector you can now use a different more high quality fan on on your system that uses this type of connector. Most of the Dell systems
seem to use a fan size of 92mm x 32mm. The 32mm is the thickness of the fan so you can actually use the 92mm x 25mm Standard frame witch actually is not as
thick and will provide more space and room in your system.
